Sunchoke Soup, Fromage de Tete, Poached Clementine, Artichoke, Red Sorrel

This Soup was poured table side. Sorry that the picture quality isn’t that great. I’m saving my pennies for a new camera. I’m also working on better lighting. Stay Tuned.
