Morel season is upon us. These beauties were foraged in Maryland. They always raise my spirits.

  1. Very nice Chef Hari, these mushrooms are at their peak right now, in Eugene, OR where we live. You would enjoy our farmers market on Saturdays, filled with wild crafted shrooms. blessings

    • There are so many mushrooms that I love and you guys are in a great place for them! Get to try any different or un-common ones? There are so many great mushroom and not enough time to forage and taste them. Do you remember the giant puffball mushroom that we found in a farmers field when I was a kid? It was awesome. I think we ate it for breakfast with eggs. What else is in season there? I have spotted some beautiful wild asparagus here. love you
